Get Your Health Back with Chi Kung
Chi constantly circulates around our bodies. All the time that it is doing so smoothly we will be in good health. If it gets stuck or restricted we experience sickness and ill health. Chi Kung is increasingly becoming recognised worldwide as highly effective. Chi Kung practice is preventative and aims to stop us from getting sick in the first place, although it can still be used by the sick to regain their health. It is time to gain your health and become aware of yourself.

You will learn the fundamental principles of Chi Kung, including basic stances, the complete Chi Kung routine, a few steps from the Shuang yang routine (depending on the workshop duration), and enjoying Chinese tea with Kung Fu talks. Suitable for beginners and people of all ages. This workshop will provide a solid foundation for your martial arts journey. If martial arts is not something you are into, no worries, Chi Kung will significantly help you with your daily life in ways that cannot be compiled in a brief introduction.
